About the Role

This newly created position blends customer service with brand, content, and social media, and is ideal for a proactive, reliable individual who is equally passionate about delivering great customer service and bringing a creative, forward-thinking mindset to how we present ourselves to customers and distributors.

This is an all-rounder role — the majority of your time will be spent supporting our customers across phone, email, and in-person enquiries, with the remainder spent on social media, content, events, and showroom presentation. No sales involved.

Working hours: Shifts will fall within the window of Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Saturday shifts (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) may also be required depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (approx. 60%)

- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person — primarily inbound with occasional outbound calls for promotions and product campaigns
- Provide outstanding customer service to a high volume of enquiries
- Respond to email enquiries accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist the Customer Service Supervisor with day-to-day tasks and operations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions




- Process required documents for system changes and account amendments
- Use internal systems including but not limited to SAP, Enagic System, HubSpot (call logs), and ticketing system for managing customer interactions
- General upkeep and presentation of the showroom

Brand & Content (approx. 40%)

- Create engaging content for social media posts, videos, and distributor training materials — comfortable being on camera
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website
- Create and schedule promotional emails via Mailchimp
- Host Zoom training sessions regarding current campaigns
- Maintain merchandising and product displays
- Plan and coordinate events, including MC duties as needed

What We Are Looking For

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and video editing software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong interest in social media platforms, with a genuine passion for brand and content creation
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of SEO would be a benefit
- Passion for helping others
- Reliable and punctual with a professional presentation
