Senior Business Analyst – Business-Focused ICT Renewal & Reporting Program
This is a business-focused Senior Business Analyst role for someone who can work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, run workshops, resolve conflicting requirements and translate business outcomes into clear delivery artefacts. The successful candidate will support the renewal and enhancement of a major ICT system, with a strong focus on business intelligence, reporting, change requests, continuous improvement and helping delivery teams meet business, schedule and budget objectives.

Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months + extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance mandatory

Essential Tasks:

- Facilitate interviews, workshops and research to elicit business requirements.




- Translate business needs into explicit analysis artefacts for delivery teams.
- Support business change management, release planning and system upgrades.
- Identify, investigate and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Criteria:

- Strong Senior Business Analyst experience in business-led ICT environments.
- Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and reconcile competing needs.
- Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting or system enhancement work.
- Ability to support delivery teams to meet business, schedule and budget objectives.
