Due to continued growth within our Fleet Department, we are seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Fleet Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Indooroopilly.

This is a fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our fleet customers receive an exceptional delivery experience from order through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating new vehicle deliveries for fleet customers
- Liaising with Fleet Account Managers, internal departments and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time
- Scheduling registrations, accessories, pre‑delivery and detailing requirements
- Preparing delivery paperwork and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
- Monitoring vehicle movements and delivery timeframes via our dealer management systems
- Assisting with invoicing, settlements and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records within dealership systems
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process

What We're Looking For

- Previous administration or vehicle delivery coordination experience (automotive experience highly regarded)




- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning dealership management systems
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
