About Hervey Bay

Hervey Bay is a coastal city approximately 3.5 hours north of Brisbane, famous for world-class whale watching and as the gateway to K'gari (Fraser Island). Our team enjoy the quieter pace of regional life - less traffic, less stress - while still having access to all the facilities of a growing city. We also work out of Maryborough, a beautiful heritage township just 30 minutes to the south, and Bundaberg, 90 mins north, a sunny, laid-back city with easy access to the southern Great Barrier Reef.

What We're Looking For

- ESSA registration, relevant tertiary qualifications, and appropriate PI & PL insurance
- Confidence working independently, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent rapport-building ability and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or eligibility to obtain these)
- Experience with diverse caseloads, disability, or neurological rehabilitation is an advantage
