ATÓRA Training Coomera is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and experienced Coach to join our team. This is an opportunity to work within a premium, high-performance group training environment focused on results, accountability, and strong community.
About the role
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and structured group training sessions to a wide range of members. This role requires a solid coaching presence, the ability to manage a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality group training sessions in a safe and effective manner
Coach and correct movement to improve performance and reduce injury risk
Drive energy, engagement, and culture on the gym floor
Support members with progression, consistency, and accountability
Assist in the development and delivery of structured training programs
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the training space and equipment
Build strong relationships with members and provide a high level of customer service
Stay up to date with training methods, industry trends, and equipment
Contribute to team meetings and overall business growth
About you
Certificate III and IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a coaching or group training environment
Strong understanding of exercise science and programming principles
Confident leading group sessions with clear communication and presence
High energy with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse member base
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Current CPR & First Aid certification must be held at commencement
