Current South Wales Premier's Department in Sydney is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategic Workforce Planning to shape the NSW public sector workforce strategy, lead evidence-based initiatives, and influence senior leaders. The role includes managing complex projects and delivering strategic workforce development across a 450,000-strong workforce.

You will collaborate with agencies, analyze supply and demand, and develop whole-of-sector frameworks.
