PE Foods is an Australian owned family business founded in 1981 and achieves year on year growth through priding ourselves on a solid customer focus with flexibility in being able to cater to individual customer needs. PE Foods core focus is providing food ingredients to the bakery and foodservice industry for circa 6500 skus in fridge, freezer, dry and ambient product lines.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, bringing the following skills and expertise:

Ability to build and implement marketing strategies that deliver to business results in operating markets.

Have the capability to understand external market trends and innovation.

Ensure the business leaders are engaged with the marketing strategy and understand the business impact.

Manage marketing budgets and communicate ROI.

Data management and stakeholder insights

Have a strong understanding of data; building data sets, using data to communicate and build businesses cases. This will include:

- Revenue and business targets
- Understanding qualitative and quantitative data




- Maximizing data from marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate implementation and use of a CRM including business results.

Stakeholder relationships

Have a deep understanding of key stakeholder relationships for PE Foods and how marketing impacts on those.

Be able to present ideas and business cases to all stakeholders – internally and externally.

Be able to build buyer’s journeys for all stakeholders that connect to PE Foods.

Manage brand

Manage PE Food’s brand and brand reputation including all marketing communication materials and assets.

Knowledge of building channels to market including strategic partnerships and traditional marketing channels including digital.

Deliver a tactical plan

Build a tactical plan using channel strategies [yet to be defined] that is connected to business results.

Remunerations based on experience and competency.
