Beach Kids Early Learning - Chinderah is a family-owned, boutique childcare centre offering a calm, home-inspired workplace and personalised care for children from 6weeks to preschool age. Our holistic, play-based programs support children's social, emotional and cognitive development, with a focus on individual growth and exploration. With a supportive team of qualified educators, we create warm, engaging spaces where children feel safe, valued and encouraged to thrive.
Role Requirements
- a Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- a current and valid Working with Children Check
- a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
- an ability to interpret curriculum documents
- effective oral and written communication skills
Key Role Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of a kindergarten or studio program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
