What you'll be doing

Your job is simple: help more people discover Mountain Culture.

You'll spend your time visiting pubs, bars, restaurants and bottle shops across Queensland, building relationships, finding recent opportunities and making sure our existing customers have everything they need to keep selling our beer.

No two days are the same. One day you'll be introducing Mountain Culture to a new venue. The next you'll be running a tasting, launching a new beer, checking in with customers or planning your next opportunity.

You'll represent the brand wherever you go, bringing the energy, passion and personality that makes Mountain Culture different.

You’ll be excited about how Ai can make us more efficient and track and improve performance.





You'll be supported by a senior brand ambassador in Queensland and the team at head office to help you manage your time and impact.

What we're looking for

We're much more interested in who you are than what's on your CV.

You’ll probably:

- Be a couple of years out of university (or have equivalent work experience).
- Love pubs, bars, restaurants and hospitality.
- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
- Be naturally curious and commercially minded.
- Be organised and able to back yourself.
- Have the confidence to start conversations and create opportunities.
- Be competitive, resilient and motivated by achieving results.
- Be excited about Ai and how it can be used to work smarter.
- Want to build a career, not just find another job.

If you've worked in hospitality, events, retail, customer service or another people-focused role, that's a bonus, but not essential.
