About the Role
As a Lawn Technician, you'll be responsible for providing skilled lawn care services to residential and commercial customers. You'll travel to customers properties in the Kawana/Caloundra area, assess lawn health, apply treatments, and provide expert advice to help keep lawns looking their best.
Your Responsibilities
- Apply fertilisers, weed control and pest management treatments.
- Diagnose lawn issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely.
- Keep accurate service records using company software.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while following safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Current LR driver's licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in lawn care, horticulture or landscaping is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Chemical application accreditation (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
