We are looking for an outstanding Project/Client Manager to join our team in Sydney and work closely with our Customers and Operations to ensure ongoing superior service and commitment to our Customers.
About the Role:
The Project/Client Manager is responsible within their customer base for:
- Developing and maintaining close relationships with all customers
- Understanding customers' business needs and where Goals A+N services could be engaged
- The successful planning, management, and delivery of Commercial Relocation projects
- Detailed project planning and review to ensure budgets are met
- Developing new relationships
- Management and direction of staff on site in conjunction with the Operations team
- Provision of debriefings,
reports, logging issues and following up to ensure problem resolution
About You:
You have the following skills and experience:
- Self-driven and motivated individual who is highly customer focused
- Must be able to undertake a versatile working arrangement that will require weekend and after-hours times to align with specific project needs as required
- Understands and can manage complex and rapidly changing environments and can think on your feet
- A minimum of 2years’ experience in a Project Management or similar role
- Car license
- Demonstrated ability and history of delivering complex projects
- Sound knowledge of IT, both in terms of application and use
- Have a flexible approach toward the role, both in scope and working times – no task is too hard
- Be safety focused always
