About the Candidate
- Genuine interest in pursuing a Trade with Shadforth
- Commitment to structured, classroom-based, and on-the-job field training
- Hold a Construction Industry White Card
- Hold current manual Drivers Licence with reliable transport
- Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Completed Year 12 (preferred but not essential)
