As part of our high-performing team, you’ll partner with a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting the complete employee lifecycle while delivering practical, commercially focused HR solutions.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from our Sydney office, from home, and on client sites.
You will work on assigned client accounts servicing the full HR Employee Lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
Your key responsibilities
- HR – responsible for day-to-day operational activities, generalist advice, employment relations and partnering with stakeholders to deliver people initiatives projects that support business outcomes.
- Client Satisfaction – deliver exceptional client service by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively manage accounts with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Communication – strong and confident communicator with adaptability in all situations.
About you
Associate HR Partner
- Approximately 2+ years’ HR administration or generalist experience
- Working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and offboarding
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Law or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ HR generalist experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Proven ability to independently manage client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline
