In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from the moment they walk in the door.
About You:
While experience is preferred, we can train the right candidate with a strong willingness to learn.
You're a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can learn current software quickly.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch – you can build rapport with anyone!
You're a master organiser with a keen eye for detail – keeping things running smoothly is your superpower.
You can multi-task like a champ and prioritize effectively, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Experience with Xero is a plus, but we can provide training for the right candidate.
