Waratah Estate Agents Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our team in Western Suburbs & Hills district. This is a contract position, offering you the opportunity to build a successful and rewarding career in residential real estate sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and sellers
- Conducting market research to identify pricing trends and opportunities
- Organising and hosting open house viewings, private inspections and property presentations
- Negotiating sales contracts and finalising transactions to the satisfaction of all parties
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with the broader team to achieve individual and company sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the western suburbs & Hills district
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- A driven,
self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with real estate regulations, contracts and industry best practices
- A valid real estate sales licence and strong working knowledge of the local market
