Key Responsibilities
Dishwashing, rubbish removal, and daily cleaning.
Keep BOH, storerooms, and delivery areas organised.
Assist chefs with basic prep tasks.
Maintain hygiene and WHS compliance at all times.
Support team during service with a proactive attitude.
