With a focus on science-led innovation, regulatory excellence, and commercial growth, the organisation works closely with international suppliers, marketing teams, and regulatory stakeholders to bring high-quality, evidence-based products to market. This Regional Product Innovation Associate position offers exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple regions, including China, within a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track emerging ingredient, category, and consumer trends to support ongoing innovation and pipeline growth.
- Translate marketing and business opportunities into viable product ideas aligned with consumer and market needs.




- Drive the development of new health and wellness products from initial concept through to commercial launch across Asia Pacific and China.
- Design and develop product formulations that meet both performance expectations and regional compliance standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for product safety, regulatory documentation, and technical compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to progress product development and ensure delivery against timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, positioning, and go-to-market approach.
- Review marketing and promotional content to ensure claims are scientifically accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Assess technical feasibility of recent concepts, including ingredient selection, claims potential, and product formats.
- Develop scientific communication materials and support external engagement with industry stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
