We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of industrial services scaffold projects across the energy, mining, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.

This role is responsible for overseeing project execution from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple industrial projects from award through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Lead site teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company systems, WHS legislation, and client requirements.
- Prepare project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates.




- Identify opportunities for business growth

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within industrial scaffolding, construction, shutdown, maintenance, or mining environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and risk management.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Relevant scaffold qualification.
