They're now looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead their Brisbane DFO store... someone who still gets excited by making sales, loves working alongside their team and leads from the front every single day.

About the role

This is a leadership role for someone who believes the best place to manage a store is on the sales floor.

You’ll spend your days styling customers, coaching your team in the moment and keeping a close eye on the numbers to ensure every opportunity is maximised. While operational excellence is key, success in this role comes from your ability to inspire confidence, build genuine customer relationships and create an exceptional fitting room experience.

What you will do

- Lead from the front, delivering exceptional styling and customer experiences every day
- Build lasting relationships with loyal and returning customers
- Monitor daily sales performance and adapt strategies to maximise results
- Create a welcoming and inclusive fitting room experience where every customer feels confident and valued
- Drive conversion, ATV,



UPT and team performance through coaching on the floor
- Recruit, develop and inspire a passionate sales team
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Oversee day-to-day store operations while keeping sales as the priority

What you will bring

- Previous Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager looking for the next step
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and helping customers look and feel their best
- A proven ability to drive sales and deliver strong KPI results
- Confidence coaching teams through observation, feedback and leading by example
- Strong commercial awareness and a love of tracking daily performance
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to build genuine rapport with customers and team members
- A positive, hands-on leadership style that inspires those around you
