About the Role

We are currently recruiting educators for our:

- Labrador Playschool Early Learning Centre
- Coomera Rivers Playschool Early Learning Centre
- Coomera Playschool Early Learning Centre

We're looking for educators who are passionate about:

- Building secure, responsive relationships with children
- Creating beautiful and engaging learning environments
- Supporting child-led play and intentional teaching
- Promoting children's voice, agency and participation




- Working collaboratively with families and colleagues
- Reflecting on practice and embracing continuous improvement

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

- Hold (or be actively working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or be willing to obtain before commencement).
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Have an understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrate an understanding of child-safe practices, professional boundaries and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Demonstrate respectful communication and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Show initiative, professionalism and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Demonstrate respect for diversity and culturally responsive practice.

Experience in an early childhood setting is desirable but not essential for the right applicant.
