Bowen Rail Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Superintendent (Track) to lead safe, compliant, and effective track maintenance across the Carmichael Rail Network. You will oversee maintenance programs, TMPs, possessions, and asset performance, coordinating across operations, planning, engineering and contractors.
You will lead maintenance supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to rail safety standards while managing budgets and resources.
