As a driver at Universal Express, you will provide reliable delivery services to our clients in the Southern Highlands area. This is a position with the opportunity to work for a growing distribution company. You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Safely operate a MR vehicle to deliver on time and in excellent condition
- Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service and liaise with clients as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any issues that arise
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
- Medium Rigid (MR) licence required for this driving position
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar courier or delivery role is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in courier or delivery services is required
