About the role
- Welcome guests and help create a warm first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Build rapport with guests and respond to their needs
- Learn the menu and confidently recommend dishes and beverages
- Maintain clean, well-presented dining and service areas
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and supervisory team
What you will bring
- Hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
- A friendly personality and positive attitude
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service
- Current NSW RSA certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
