Our inaugural graduate program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, extensivetrainingandexpertisein the Australian grain market. The program offers successful applicants experience across our Trading, Operations, Logistics and Advisory teams. The program aims to equip graduates with the essential skills and knowledgerequiredto excel in the competitive grain industry while fostering skilled growth and personal development. Graduates will work with some of theindustry’smost experienced and talented grain market advisors.

The program is broken up evenly across different business units, with three months each in Operations, Trading, Logistics and Advisory. The successful applicant will be based in our Sydney office for 9 months, with a 3 month placement in either Wagga Wagga, Melbourne or Adelaide.

Responsibilities

- Participate in rotational placements across different business units to gain comprehensive industry exposure.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support client grain marketing strategies.
- Physical grain contract administration and execution.
