PROJECT COORDINATOR | RETAIL SHOPFITTING

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of retail display fixtures and joinery projects.

This is a long-term, office-based role focused on coordinating customer orders and acting as a key communication link between clients, internal teams, and our offshore manufacturing partners in China. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured coordination, clear communication, and working across multiple stakeholders.

You will manage projects from order confirmation through to production and delivery, ensuring information is accurate, timelines are met, and customers are kept well informed throughout the process.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of retail display fixtures and joinery projects.

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured coordination, clear communication, and working across multiple stakeholders.

You will manage projects from order confirmation through to production and delivery, ensuring information is accurate, timelines are met, and customers are kept well informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely progress.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, responding to enquiries, and resolving issues as they arise.

- Liaise closely with offshore factories and internal production teams to communicate specifications, timelines, and changes.





- Review and interpret floor plans and fixture drawings to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and documented.

- Assist with preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining organized project records.

- Monitor production and delivery schedules and follow up where required.

- Support the development of customized retail fixtures by coordinating design information and customer feedback.

About You

- At least 2 years' experience in a project coordination, administration, or client support role.

- Comfortable working in an office-based coordination role with multiple projects running at the same time.

- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and overseas suppliers.

- Ability to read and understand basic floor plans or technical drawings (training can be provided where needed).

- Chinese language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are highly regarded, due to regular communication with offshore manufacturing partners.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to priorities tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage but not essential.

- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
