Benco Bathrooms is a family-owned and operated bathroom renovation company servicing the entire Gold Coast, with our showroom based in Burleigh Heads. We deliver high-quality bathroom renovations backed by strong systems, experienced trades and a supportive team culture.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a qualified plumber to join our in-house team.
About Your Role
You'll be responsible for the plumbing component of our bathroom renovation projects, working closely alongside our site supervisors and experienced trades.
While plumbing is your primary focus, we're looking for someone who's happy to lend a hand between plumbing stages with general renovation tasks such as sheeting and fit-off. We value team players who like to stay productive and contribute to getting great results.
Unlike maintenance or service plumbing, our work is scheduled, organised and predictable. You'll know your week in advance, with no emergency call-outs, weekend work or chasing invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Bathroom plumbing rough-ins
- Bathroom fit-offs
- Working alongside site supervisors and other trades
- Assisting with sheeting and general fit-off when required
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship across every project
What You'll Need
- Current QBCC Plumbing Licence
- Experience in residential renovations (bathroom renovation experience highly regarded)
- Ability to work within a structured renovation schedule
- Current driver's licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Great work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
