We’re seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our busy Willawong Depot!

Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support the operations team while coordinating seamlessly with leaders
- Oversee the transport workflow, managing resources to optimise operations
- Ensure the safe and accurate loading of local fleet vehicles to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage linehaul loading requirements to ensure on-time deliveries
- Participate in manual handling tasks to support the team's efforts and maintain operational flow
- Act as a senior point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Ensure deliveries and collections are executed in line with customer expectations
- Ensure manifesting of daily runs is completed in line with expectations
About you
- Proven leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Strong time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and Transport/Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience in transport operations, with a background in FMCG or 3PL highly regarded
- Success in meeting deadlines and optimising workflows
- Willingness to pitch in and support the team with manual handling tasks when needed
- Forklift licence required
- HR licence advantageous
