Corvex is a leading hazardous materials remediation company specialising in asbestos removal, contaminated land remediation, commercial strip outs and environmental services across the eastern seaboard of Australia.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Supervisor to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of projects across NSW.

This is a diverse, hands-on leadership role that combines operational coordination, warehouse and logistics management, resource planning and field support. No two days are the same, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our operational and logistical functions run efficiently while supporting project teams to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.

You'll oversee warehouse operations, fleet and equipment readiness, stock control and logistics while also assisting with workforce planning, scheduling and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics function.
- Coordinate the movement of equipment, vehicles and materials to project sites.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier relationships to ensure operational readiness.
- Oversee equipment servicing, maintenance, inspections and test & tag compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour hire and suppliers to support project delivery.
- Assist with project scheduling, rostering and workforce allocation.
- Support Site Managers and Project Managers with operational planning and resource requirements.




- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure warehouse facilities are maintained to a high standard of safety and organisation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving operational issues quickly to minimise project disruption.
- Provide hands-on operational support wherever required.

About You

You'll be an organised and proactive leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with practical, hands-on work.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience in an Operations, Logistics, Warehouse or Construction Supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management.
- Construction or hazardous materials industry experience (highly regarded).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- The ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
