We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our vibrant casual team at the BIG4 Launceston Holiday Park.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guest accommodation is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, contributing to an exceptional visitor experience.

What you'll be doing

- Thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Performing routine cleaning tasks in public areas such as BBQS, Camp Kitchens and common spaces
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate personnel
- Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to guest requests
- Assisting with laundry duties as needed

What we're looking for





- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
