As part of the Master builders Association of Tasmania (MBT) Group, HRWS partners with organisations across a diverse range of industries delivering nationally recognised training that helps people work safely, confidently and competently.
Role Purpose
The Training Coordinator helps us connect customers to training and ensure all of HRWS courses deliver high quality training experiences. The coordinator will help coordinate training programs, manage enrolments and training records and support trainers and participants as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling courses and supporting trainers across multiple locations
Handle bookings, enquiries and learner communications
Keep training records, attendance and reporting up to date
Provide excellent customer service and administrative support to the entire HRWS team
About You
You pride yourself on impeccable customer service
You are highly organised with strong attention to detail
You can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
You build positive relationships with clients, trainers and other stakeholders
Possess sound computer literacy across the Microsoft Office suite of programs

The successful applicant will be required to maintain a Working with Vulnerable People registration and current drivers' license as part of their ongoing employment.
