- Salary High and negotiable from $70,000-$90,000 plus super!
- No weekend work - option to change to Tuesday-Saturday -if preferred

The Role

- Managing a local portfolio 150 properties- majority within 5-10kms of the office, or for less experienced PM's this role can be adapted to a task based portfolio
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Managing maintenance
- Entry & Exits Condition Reports
- Arrears Management
- Attending VCAT if/when required

The Person

The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...

- Must have a minimum of 12 months experience managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV
- Valid drivers licence and vehicle
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Good longevity across your career
- Skilled personal presentation
