Parklife Metro Has Been Awarded The Sydney Metro SSTOM Package, a $5 Billion Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project That Will Transform Western Sydney. This Major Infrastructure Package Includes

- Six brand-new metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis
- 12 new metro trains and core rail systems
- A state-of-the‑art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills

As part of the Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild consortium, we're delivering a city-shaping project that will define the future of transport in NSW.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Susainability Coordinator to join our team across the Parklife Metro Project. The Sustainability Coordinator to play a key role in providing sustainable outcomes for the project by supporting the project team to understand their sustainability obligations,identifyingand implementing sustainability initiatives and supporting the project to meet its sustainabilityobjectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the developmentand deliveryof project carbon,energyand lifecycleassessment (LCA) modelling

Provide advice and guidance to the design, construction, commercial, operational, and other key project teams in relation to sustainability requirements

Track and monitorprogress of sustainability rating tool submissions

Compilation of sustainability rating tool submissions

Compile andmonitoragainst the project sustainability reporting requirements on a monthly,quarterlyand annual basis to the project team, seniormanagementand the client





Support the development,implementationand ongoing management of project environmental & sustainability management systems

About You

- Degree in sustainability, engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent
- Experience delivering a sustainability management plan and contract sustainability targets.
- A minimum of 3 years working in a similar role within the Construction industry.
- ISAP and/or GSAP certification and experience delivering an Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) and Green Star Ratings is preferable
- Environmental Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and certification frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, Green Star)
