What you'll do?

- Own current business growth across transport, global, warehousing and 3PL
- Build your own team: recruit, onboard, mentor and inspire from day one
- Hunt down and close new opportunities across the full service suite
- Grow a portfolio of key accounts with a sharp eye for new revenue
- Get in front of clients: meetings, site visits, presentations that convert
- Keep CRM and pipeline reporting sharp and accurate
- Craft commercially smart, tailored logistics solutions
- Chase down targets,



KPIs and activity goals with driveStay ahead of market and competitor movements
- Partner tightly with Operations and Customer Service

What you need?

- Proven experience in domestic (interstate/intrastate) transport is essential
- Sales, BD, account management or broader logistics background highly regarded
- Track record winning new business and building real relationships
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus,not a dealbreaker
- Commercially sharp, Excel-savvy, and love solving problems
