About the role

As a Sales Representative, you will use your transport industry knowledge and network to develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You’ll be the link between transport operators and our repair team, helping customers get their vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with transport companies, fleet managers, owner-drivers, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
- Visit customers regularly and maintain a strong presence in the transport industry.
- Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate repair requirements/Accident management.
- Work with insurers, assessors, and fleet managers throughout the repair process.




- Achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain knowledge of market trends.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in the transport industry (truck driving, fleet operations, logistics, truck sales, or a related field).
- Strong understanding of heavy vehicles and transport operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide practical solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential if you have strong industry knowledge and people skills.
