Meat Process Workers / Food Production Staff - Immediate Start | Milperra

We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated Meat Process Workers / Food Production Staff to work in a fast-paced production environment. Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates.

Location

Milperra, NSW

Available Shift

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm

Applicants must be available to commit consistently to this ongoing shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

- Meat processing and food production duties
- Knife work including cutting, deboning, slicing, and hand processing
- Mincing, mixing, weighing, machine operation, and oven operation
- Packing, sealing, labelling, and dispatch duties
- Stock rotation, receiving goods, and order fulfilment
- Safe manual handling and lifting of products up to 20-25kg
- Cleaning equipment and work areas using food-safe chemicals
- Maintaining HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Working efficiently within a team to achieve daily production targets

Skills & Experience





- Previous experience in meat processing, butchery, or food manufacturing highly regarded
- Kitchen hand or food preparation experience will also be considered
- Strong knife handling skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience operating food processing machinery is advantageous

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a cold production environment
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on food safety and quality
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport

- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only due to the ongoing nature of these positions
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to commit to ongoing full-time work
