PMO Manager - Transformation

Location: Sydney (hybrid) - candidate must be Sydney based

Length: 12 months, potential to extend

Rate: Up to $1,100/day

Start: ASAP

A major enterprise group is looking for an experienced PMO Manager to stand up a recent PMO function from scratch, tracking transformation initiatives across a large business portfolio. This is a build role, not a caretaker role - you'll need proven, specific experience establishing a PMO in a large organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Standing up a new PMO function within the business
- Tracking transformation initiatives across the portfolio
- Driving capacity and resource planning
- Uplifting project reporting standards and templates




- Ensuring financials and benefits are tracked and reported
- Managing the risks and issues register

What we're looking for

- Proven experience standing up or significantly uplifting a PMO in a large enterprise (you'll need to be able to give a specific example)
- Strong portfolio reporting, financial tracking and benefits realisation experience
- Advanced reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel; Power BI or similar highly regarded)
- Transformation program PMO experience a plus
- Airline or logistics background a plus
