Skills & Attributes
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar role
- QLD RSA,
RMLV & approved managers license essential
- Service and sales focused – with great food & beverage knowledge
- Fantastic time management with ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything that you do
- Ability to own situations and make decisions as necessary
- A genuine interest in exceeding the expectations of our customers
- Experience with stock control, ordering & processing invoices is desired
- Team member rostering in line with forecasting and budgeting
- Monitoring of wages, comps and wastages
- Ensuring venue presentation is always at a high standard
- Flexibility when it comes to working hours and rosters
