Australia Network Services PTY LTD is hiring a Full-time Business Analyst role in Strathfield, NSW. Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role AUSTRALIA NETWORK SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our client’s ICT and business systems operations in Sydney.

On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. Title: Business Analyst, Full-time position Salary: A$90,000.00 to A$98,000.00 plus super Work Location: In person.

We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following: Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, ICT systems support, or business systems operations
- Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of business processes, system workflows, and operational requirements
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, or similar business systems
- Ability to prepare process documentation, user guides, operational reports, and system support materials
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
- Good analytical, problem-solving,



and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and system improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

- Analyse existing business processes, ICT workflows, and operational systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Consult with internal users, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional system requirements.
- Prepare business requirement documents, workflow diagrams, process notes, user guides, and system documentation.
- Work closely with developers, IT support teams, and business users to ensure system requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and implementation of business system improvements.
- Review and improve user access workflows, account management processes, shared drive structures, permission controls, and business application procedures.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate system records, and support data integrity across business platforms.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, staff training, and system usage guidance for business users.
- Monitor business system performance, user issues, and service requests to support reliable day-to-day operations.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide practical solutions to improve business efficiency and system usability.
