We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities. Every day is different, and you will play an important role in helping participants achieve their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Providing personal care and daily living assistance where required
- Supporting participants with community access and social activities
- Assisting with skill development and independence-building activities
- Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation
- Following participant support plans and organisational policies
- Promoting participant choice, dignity, and inclusion at all times
Skill & Experience
What We Are Looking For
- A caring, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, flexibility, and solid organisational skills
- Previous disability, aged care, community services, or support work experience is desirable but not essential
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or clearance)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to car
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
- Right to work in Australia
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or related field or nurses/AIN/Nursing Students.
- Experience supporting people with disability, autism, psychosocial disability, or complex support needs
