Job Description

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll support customers with accurate parts advice while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

Whether you come from automotive, retail, trade, or mechanical backgrounds, we provide training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping customers identify and source the right partsProcessing sales, orders,



and enquiriesPicking, packing, and dispatching partsSupporting stock control and inventoryWorking closely with your team to keep the branch running smoothly

Qualifications

Customer service mindset

Interest or experience in automotive, parts, or trades

Robust communication and attention to detail

A hands-on, team-first attitude

Highly Regarded (but Not Essential)

Parts, automotive, or mechanical experienceExposure to trucks / heavy vehiclesForklift licence
