About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a high-profile retail store located in Chermside. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee all aspects of the boutique's daily operations, from coaching and developing your team to managing rosters, inventory, visual presentation and customer experience. Leading a close‑knit team of six, you'll bring positive energy to the floor,



drive sales performance and create an engaging environment for both customers and your team. We're looking for someone who genuinely appreciates premium brands, thrives in specialty retail and is passionate about delivering an outstanding in‑store experience.

Skills & Experience

- Previous Store Manager experience within specialty or premium retail
- A confident and engaging leader who inspires and develops small teams
- Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs and customer engagement
- Experience managing rosters, stock control and day‑to‑day store operations
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium visual standards
- Positive, energetic and hands‑on leadership style
- Experience within watches, jewellery, fashion or other premium retail environments will be highly regarded
