The Site Manager will lead day-to-day HVAC and mechanical services site works on Sydney projects, coordinating with the Builder and other trades to deliver on programme, safety, quality and budget requirements.
You will build solid relationships with clients, suppliers and the project team, manage variations and oversee QA, ITPs and O&M; documentation through to practical completion and handover.
