About the Opportunity

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you'll become an important part of a collaborative team supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey. You'll help support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee records and People & Culture administration run smoothly, while building your knowledge across a broad range of HR functions. If you're someone who naturally asks questions, enjoys learning new systems, loves improving processes and takes pride in getting the details right, you'll fit right in.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding activities.
- Preparing employment contracts, letters of offer and employee documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and People & Culture systems
- Supporting workforce compliance, credentialing and mandatory training.
- Assisting with employee lifecycle administration, including employment changes, contract variations and offboarding activities
- Providing administrative support across the People & Culture function.
- Responding to employee and manager enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve systems and administrative processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys administration and is ready to grow their career within People & Culture. You'll bring:

- Previous administration experience (HR or People & Culture experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- The ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- A genuine desire to learn, ask questions and continuously improve the way things are done.

A Certificate III or IV in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded, however equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience within aged care, disability, community services or health is advantageous but not essential.
