We are a growing meat processing and distribution company seeking a reliable and capable Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and able to take ownership of daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse and cold storage operations
- Receive, check, organise and monitor stock movement
- Prepare, pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards
- Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
- Coordinate with drivers, production staff and management team
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese is preferred, as the role involves working with both local and Chinese‑speaking team members




- Valid Forklift Licence with practical operating experience
- Previous warehouse and inventory management experience required
- Cold storage / freezer warehouse experience preferred
- Responsible, organised and physically fit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Able to work independently and take ownership of warehouse operations
- Reliable, punctual and committed to long‑term employment
- Full Australian working rights
