We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of organisational change initiatives across a business agile delivery environment.
This role will work closely with the Change Lead, Senior Change Managers, scrum teams, communications teams and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver change activities that support new processes, technologies and ways of working.
The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, supporting readiness activities and helping ensure that change is adopted effectively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and support change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and risk assessments across change initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring communication and engagement activities to different audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions and readiness activities to build awareness, capability and confidence.
- Work closely with scrum teams, communications teams and leadership to align change activities with project milestones and business objectives.
- Monitor and report on change progress, feedback, readiness and adoption, providing recommendations for improvement where required.
- Support the development and maintenance of change management tools, templates and resources.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, agility and practical change adoption.

Change Manager

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in change management, ideally within an agile delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practice, such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence and support stakeholders across different levels of an organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and coaching activities.
- Robust organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant change management tools.
- Experience supporting system and/or business change initiatives.
- Experience using data to support change narratives, measure adoption and demonstrate value would be highly regarded.
- Experience working across complex stakeholder groups or multiple countries would be beneficial.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Change management accreditation would be highly regarded.

You will be a confident and practical change professional who can work across business and delivery teams to support meaningful adoption of change. You will be comfortable engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, managing competing priorities and translating change impacts into clear actions that support successful outcomes.
