R8D Industries is looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters with strong experience to join our team on a shutdown roster in Central Queensland with work opportunities across our shutdowns, maintenance and project crews.

Your Responsibilities
- Installation, assembly, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
- Mechanical piping installation and maintenance
- Routine preventative maintenance and servicing
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and identifying root causes
- Working safely within mining and industrial environments
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and housekeeping
What We Offer
- $65–$70 per hour, depending on experience
- Super paid on all hours worked

What You’ll Need
- Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
- Current Driver's Licence
- Relevant High Risk Work Licence (where applicable)
- Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Test Atmospheres (or willingness to obtain)
Additional site inductions and tickets will be highly regarded.
