Our client is a recognised landscape construction company with a proven track record of delivering award-winning projects across commercial developments and government sectors.

With a growing team across office and site operations, they are a trusted delivery partner for Builders, local councils, developers, and civil contractors.

This company is entering its next exciting growth phase, securing major projects well into 2027, and is now looking to strengthen its leadership team with a key appointment.

They can deliver projects up to $5m in value which include:

- Large-scale streetscapes and public domain works
- University and education precincts
- Sports facilities and public open spaces
- Shopping centres, hospitals, and defence projects
- Civil infrastructure projects including roads, rail, and bridges
- High-profile parks, playgrounds, and urban renewal projects

The Opportunity





This is a rare senior construction leadership opportunity for an experienced qualified to take ownership of the construction division and be the driving force behind project delivery:

- Oversee all construction activities from pre-construction through to delivery
- Lead the bid, tender, and estimation process
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share
- Build and mentor high-performing Project and Site Management teams
- Maintain strong relationships with local councils and developers
- Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards across all projects
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

This is a highly autonomous role, with full support from senior management, giving you the freedom to influence and elevate the company’s construction operations.

The Requirements

- 3–5+ years in a senior management role within commercial landscaping sector
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (required)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar (highly regarded)
- A proven network and track record of successful project delivery within NSW
