We're Hiring: Operations Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support business operations, process improvement, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze operational data, and the capability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.

- Analyze operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collect, organize, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate operational insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and operational strategy initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Assist in project management, process documentation, and implementation of operational improvements.
- Maintain operational databases, reports, and tracking systems.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business growth.




- Support management with data-driven recommendations and operational insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, project coordination, or data analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze complex information and present clear recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Good command of English communication skills.
