The Vicar Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a current-look kitchen team in The Hills. You will support the Sous and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, maintain and order stocks, and assist in planning and developing menus.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, flexible with hours, hands-on with a positive attitude, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. 2-3 years experience in a similar role and full Australian Worker's Rights are required.
