About The Role
During our vacation program, you will gain practical experience, working side-by-side with the renewable energy pros. We will support you in working on real projects, both in an office environment and out in the field. This is valuable experience in preparing for graduate roles once you complete your degree.
You will create a network with our experienced mentors, who will support you to apply your academic theory from the classroom to a large-scale industry environment. Why not come and test out whether the renewable industry is for you? We know you’ll love it as much as we do!
We Are Offering Placements For The Following Streams
- Civil
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Environmental
Our Vacation program runs for a period of 13 weeks, starting in November 2026 until February 2027 (exact dates to be finalised).

Base Salary from $52,245 Plus Super
About You
You’re an energetic and engaged Engineering or Environmental student currently enrolled at university, preferably in your penultimate year, studying civil, mechanical and/or electrical engineering or Environmental studies. You will also bring:
- Passion and ambition with a commitment to driving positive change
- A strong willingness to learn and build effective communication and relationships inside the business
